SIRLOIN STEAK AU POIVE W GARLIC CREAM SAUCE

    You need:

    STEAKS

    2 cups heavy whipping cream

    2 tablespoons chopped garlic

    1 beef boullion cube

3 teaspoons (or tablespoons, whichever one is marked on butter wrappers) butter

    Regular pepper

    AND

    Coarse black pepper

    WHAT TO DO:

Rub the coarse black pepper into the steaks, as much as you see fit. (you can really do whatever here...the first time I made this I used the black pepper and it was good, but now I usually just use a steak rub (Uncle Chris' to be precise, good shit) and some regular black pepepr)

The longer you can let this sit in the fridge, the better. I try to let it sit overnight, but I've made it right after seasoning it before and it was still very good.

Anyway, the recipe's really for the garlic cream sauce.

Put the butter and the chopped garlic in a saucepan. Sautee the garlic very lightly--like just barely starting to turn brown (talkin' like three minutes once the butter's all melted and starts to bubble).

Once that's done, pour in the heavy cream. Put the bouillion cube in and crush it up a bit. Pepper it as you see fit (with REGULAR pepper, not the coarse pepper--I usually use about 4 or 5 teaspoons. The original recipe calls for salt as well, but there's enough salt in the boiliionnnon cube). Once all those ingredients are in there, heat the whole thing to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover. Let it simmer and reduce for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

WHAM steaks with garlic cream sauce. Any girl you are trying to impress will immediately soak her panties when you tell her you made sirloin steaks au poive with a garlic cream sauce. Or she'll think you're gay.

OH YEAH the steaks, you should know how to cook a steak you queer. I do 'em on my Foreman for about three minutes and they come out perfectly medium-rare.

    Put sauce on it

    Put cheese on it

    and whatever else pleases you.

put it in the oven on 425 for 20 minutes

and bam you have a quick easy amazing pizza just the way you like it.....

Cook some ground beef, put a packet of taco seasoning in it.

I tried the Buffalo steak fettucini, with normal sirloin, still tasted delish.

Also, here's my little creation. By no means quick when considering wraps, but still, tasty:
    Ingredients:
    Chilli Powder
    2 long strips of bacon
swiss cheese, the pre-sliced sandwich kind is easiest
A half of a tomato as big as half your palm.
    onion.
    Cucumber.
    2 smaller mushrooms.
    Hand-made tortilla chips
    Tortilla wrap.
Lime juice/a quarter of a lime to squeeze

First, chop up all the veggies to about equal portions, and then get two frying pans going. In one, at slightly above medium heat, put butter, and in the other which should run at medium heat, put the bacon. Throw the cucumber and onions in the first pan, sautée, and the bacon goes in the second pan. Keep flipping the bacon over every few minutes. Next, add the mushrooms and then the tomatoes to the first pan, and keep it going for a couple minutes, then mix in some more butter. Once that's been mixed throughly, throw in some chilli powder and mix that in, then turn off the burner. By now I bet the bacon's nearly done too, so get the grease off of it, put it lengthwise on the tortilla wrap, cover it with swiss cheese, then throw it in the oven and broil the tortilla wrap 'til the cheese melts around the bacon. Then take it outta the oven, throw crunched up tortilla chips ontop, and then add the sautée and squeeze lime on top of it all. Add hot sauce if you like, but actual hot peppers overpower the taste, and jalapenos clash especially badly with the sautée. Roll it up, and hurrah, you've made the Ultratortilla wrap.

Chicken Parmasan I made last night:

    Spaghetti sauce
    Chicken breasts
    parmasan cheese
    italian seasoning
    rosemary

Preheat oven to 350, then get a skillet out. Throw in the chicken and dust with italian seasoning and rosemary. Cover with spaghetti sauce, making sure to get under it. Grab some parmasan cheese (real, not that kraft shit) and cover the top of the chicken. I also added a light amount of mozza, but that's your call. It was good. Throw in oven and back for about 40-50 minutes. Serve up.

    Butter Pepper steak

    steak
    butter
    pepper
    salt

Hella easy recipe. Get a skillet going on low heat. Throw butter in and let it start sizzling. Get a really nice base going. I used like 2-3 tablespoons of butter. Put the steak in and let it sizzle. While the bottom side is cooking, cover the top with pepper. Add a pinch of salt. Then cook it how you like steaks. Make sure you use low heat because the butter will cook it faster so you really got to watch it.

1 1/3 cup Warm water (h2o amount vary)
    1/4 cup Non-fat dry milk
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    4 cups Flour
    1 tablespoon Sugar
    1 pk. Dry yeast
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for dough)
4 1/2 ounces Vegetable oil (1.5 oz. per pan)
    Butter flavored Pam

Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large bowl. Add water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes. Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed. Turn out on to a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Divide dough into three balls. In three 9" cast iron skillets, put 1 1/2 Oz. of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9" circle. Place in skillets. Spray the outer edge of dough with Pam. Cover, place in warm area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

For Each Nine Inch skillet:1.) Preheat oven to 475f 2.) Add sauce toppings, cheese. 3.) Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown.

    1 thing of pepperoni slices
1 can of prego tomato sauce already made
1 bag of shredded cheese (to your liking)
    1 bag of tortillas

take a tortilla and put the tomato sauce on it, get an even coat of it, to your liking, then sprinkle with the shredded cheese, then place some pepperoni on it, then heat the tortilla on a stove or heating fillament of some kind (dry pan or something) until golden brown, bam you got yourself easy to make tortilla pizzas

    WONDERFUL BREAKFAST

    -.5 cup rice (uncooked= 1 cup cooked)

-Thin steaks cut into small pieces

    -2 eggs

Cook the rice (in a rice cooker if you got it) and when that's about half way done start cooking the eggs. They should finish just before the rice. Plate the eggs and throw the thin beef slices into the pan. They will cook VERY quickly so keep an eye on them. Plate those with the eggs. By now your rice is done. Add that to the plate. Add pepper and hot sauce (I like Tapatio) and mix it all together. Keeps you going ALL day with energy. I've been having it for breakfast for a while now. The meat is about $3.50 and is enough for about 3 or 4 servings. Rice and eggs are dirt cheap also. Cheap and tasty breakfast

This one is quick and easy, I can have it done and be eating before my friend's ramen water is even boiling.

    2-3 eggs
    half an onion
    handful of frozen french fries
    virgin olive oil
    cheese
    tomato
    toast
your choice of seasonings (i use oregano)

pour just enough oil into a skillet to cover the bottom
chop up onion into small pieces
put onions and french fries into skillet (may want to start cutting up fries with spatula as they thaw)
when the onions start turning brown put in eggs, seasonings, and cheese to hold it all together and cook until the eggs are done
serve on toast with tomato and/or whatever else you like on your eggs

    serves 1

im going to put a couple up when i get a chance, as i perfect (imo) my various dishes.

    Quick and Dirty Chicken Quesadilla
    Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 15+ min (depends on quantity)

    bones skinless chicken breasts
    olive oil
garlic (i like the glass jar of minced)
seasoning (I use Emeril's bayou blast)
    tortillas
    4-cheese mexican
    salsa (opt)

    (turn skillet on med-med/high)
slice breasts diagionally and halve as necessary for small pieces. put in a bowl, add "some" olive oil, plus garlic and seasoning. mix that up, put on skillet and cook. On a plate, put a tortilla out and put some cheese on there, put the chicken on top, add more cheese and fold it in half. Wipe your skillet and add some more oil or butter, then brown both sides of your quesadilla. Then eat that shit.

Eggy in a basket (V for Vendetta)
    ________________________________________

    Heat skillet/griddle/pan, grease with butter.

butter both sides of a piece of toast, then use a cup or cookie cutter to cut out a roughly 2 inch circle in the middle

throw the toast in the pan, break an egg into the middle let it fry a bit then flip when the egg is attached well enough to the egg.

sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the egg.

    fry both sides until browned

fry the cut out circles to just munch on (delicious) or use to mop up any leaked out yolk.

Speede's Dank Ass Homemade (Red) Pizza

    Prep Time: 50 min
    Oven: 400 degreez
Cook Time: Crust - 4-5 min | Pizza ~10 min

    Ingredients
    ---------------

    Dough:
    3 cups All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    ~1/3 packet of yeast
    1 cup hot water
    ~2+ Tsp Olive Oil

    Pizza
~1/2 cup Marinara Sauce (Classico is dank imo)
    8oz Mozzarella Cheese
    Italian Seasoning
    Any other desired toppings

    Directions
    ------------------

    Dough
Mix all but olive oil, adding water as necessary to just barely get the flour off the side of your bowl. Careful not to add too much, once you get the flour saturated its over. Add olive oil and knead with your hands. Make a ball and place back in the bowl, covering with a layer of olive oil and covering well. Let rise for 45 min.
    Yields 2

    Pizza
Spread a few drops of olive oil on a pan and spread out dough. This can take some finesse. Cook it alone in the oven for ~4-5 minutes, then remove. Spread a small amount of olive oil on top, and then spread the marnara sauce. Add cheese so as to cover the pizza but still see the red from beneath, then add your toppings. Top with a small amount of more cheese and shake some Italian Seasoning on there. Cook until the middle starts the bubble and turn light brown or whenever you think its done.

    Chicken Fried Rice-

    Ingredients:
    1xBoneless chicken breast
    2xeggs
    1 cup of rice (1 serving w/e)
    soy sauce

I use a rice cooker, but it's not necessary...
Start your rice cooking on stove/in cooker

    while it's getting ready...

chop up your chicken breast into fairly small chunks (bite size)

break the 2 eggs into a bowl and scramble them up

when the rice is about ready - -

heat up a skillet, grease it up with some butter

toss in chicken on one side of the skillet

let the chicken cook a little in the intreset of having everything ready at the same time

toss in the rice on the other side

pour the scrambled eggs over the rice

    mix it up nice

pour in a good amount of soy sauce, so that you can coat the rice evenly with it (mix the rice around as you do this)

keep mixing the rice/soy sauce/egg mix around

when the chicken is looking less pink mix everything together

i generally keep mixing it while the eggs/chicken are finishing up

when the chicken is all nice and white, you're done

    put on a plate

    eat.
