    hamburger helper

check the nutrition facts though, some hamburger helper is loaded with fat and more importantly trans fat. However, some aren't that bad (like the beef pasta). Just replace beef with ground turkey and add in some steamed brocolli and its a pretty quick and easy meal (that's not entirely bad for you).

Quoted for win, best way to add meat to this is get a pack of pre cooked chicken and just throw it on I use rice and guacamole as well and I'll do this meal at least once a week.

    25 minutes all together

    Italian Chicken and Penne Pasta

    need
-pasta sauce of your choice (basil and cheese is good)
    -penne
    -skinless boneless chicken breast
-italian seasoning and herbs of your choice
    -onions
    -olive oil

toss the penne and pasta and a little bit of water (to cover the penne in) all at once and set on very high to start boiling quick

cut up chicken, and put olive oil and onions in a sautee pan and let simmer on medium while you cut and clean your chicken

you should be done cleanin your chicken in 5 minutes or less, stir and add herbs to penne and let continue boiling on high

put chicken in pan and start cooking it on medium slowly turning and flipping the small chunks as needed - cover with pepper and italian seasoning

after 10 total minutes of boiling the penne, put on a bit above medium and stir and let sit there for 3 minutes

then put on the top and let cook for 7 minutes

by then your chicken is done, and so is your pasta

take your chicken and put it in the penne and stir, and put the onions in with it too - not the oil

let sit for 5 minutes with the lid completely on and steam so the penne gets soft and big

25 minutes you just made italian chicken and penne

    congrats

    oh yeah

drench with parmesian cheese if you want

and while your cooking, if you like cheese pasta put in a bunch of different shredded cheese
    your choice

    Heres my favorite:

By breaded frozen chicken or veal, toss it in the oven usually about 10 minutes
Cook some pasta(I do it in the microwave its so easy and fast)
Heat up some pasta sauce(again you can use the microwave)

after 10 minutes flip the breaded chicken or veal and put a slice of mozerella cheese and let it melt, put the pasta on the plate put the breaded veal or chicken on top of the pasta and pour the sauce on top. A quick classy looking meal thats pretty filling.

    my quickest one, is:

boil some pasta that takes around 10-12 minutes, with some oil and salt.

while doing this, put 2 eggs in boiling water for about 4 minutes.

peel shell, carefully because the egg is still soft, with a slightly runny yolk.

grill some bacon, then mop off any grease. you can even put ham in or another meat.

drain pasta, place back in pan.

cut bacon/other meat into small pieces place in pan.

put in some pesto sauce, stir.

put in eggs, and kinda mash up so the yolk runs all over the pasta.

add some cheese. spicy cheese/cheddar/mozzarella is normaly my favourite one/any cheese will do.

    add some pine kernels.

put on very low heat whilst doing all this to make sure its hot, because you keep pesto in the fridge.

    serve.

    Honestly, foodtv.com

Search for recipes from shows like Good Eats and 30 Minute Meals (save the Rachael Ray jokes). They're quick, they're easy, they're good and they have tons on the site.

Campbells.com has some good ones too.

1 chicken breast, cut into pieces, stir fried with some bbq sauce or honey teriyaki
1 bag of salad + croutons + ceasar salad sauce

cost = about $10 but you get two meals out of it
because chicken breasts = $6 per pound and you get two breasts for that
bag of romaine lettuce = $3 or so

takes about 10 minutes to make and is super tasty and pretty good for you

cook meat first till white/not yet starting to brown, with paprika.

add vegetables and onions cook, add some oyster sauce.

add noodles, cook for a bit.

Shake and Bake Chicken and a Pasta Helper. Costs about 7-9 bucks for 2-3 meals. It's remarkably easy and soooo goood.

    tuna + mayo, mix
    cheese
    bread

    combine on george foreman.

Also, the meat recipe I posted a long time ago. Get tin foil, make a bowl with it. Throw in chopped onion, stew meat, BBQ sauce, anything else that you want in there (I suggest orange peel). Cook at 450 for ~35 minutes.

cook up a chicken breast, dice, throw some fettuccini to boil, throw some alfredo sauce in a sauce pan and heat that up, throw the chicken in the sauce, throw in sun-dried tomatoes if you have any, serve.

    Make canned soup, add tobasco.

butter a skillet, shred some cheese, and cook up a chicken breast. grab some tortillas, throw the cheese on and chicken, then grill it on the skillet. Browns it perfectly, nice crunch, definitely the way to make a quesadilla.

get thin-sliced steak strips, some decent hogie bread, green peppers, and swiss. skillet the steak and peppers, add worchester (sp?). When that's done cooking, throw the swiss on top, letting it melt. Scoop up into the hogie for an easy cheesesteak.

    More to come.

I've done that a couple times since then now. Hoping to find another tasty goldmine in this thread.

I found out that it is not just a awesome meal, but allows plenty of leftovers to take to work and have your coworkers drool over while you eat every last bit infront of them.

fajitas are super easy as well. Dice up some raw chicken breasts, onion, and green pepper. Throw in a skillet and add some chili powder, saute up. Shred some cheese, throw on tortillas. Actually, I might have to make those tonight.

grab a pound or so of ground beef, add taco sauce, throw in skillet. Grab lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, anything else you like on tacos and have them on the side for combination.
