This is the movie poster but it looks just like the cover.

I finished it much faster than I normally finish books. I think because I had heard so many good things and I was trying to get to the "good part". I really wasn't impressed. I wanted to read about the dude's time in the wild, not the author being a rock climber.
I'm probably going to pick up "Johnny Got His Gun" on Monday.

I finally finished Geek Love after almost 3 months, it seems. But it was worth it. Now I don't know if I want to pick up another book right away or relax for a couple days with no reading.

I just picked up The Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein but I probably won't dive into that right away. I've been beating around with Al Franken's "Lying Liars..." for a few weeks now and now post-election I think I'll getinto that just so I can laugh for days on end at Coulter and O'Reilly.

Just finished Watership Down. Not bad. A different direction then Enders Gae for sure (my fav book), but it shares a lot of "similiar" elements. Time to start Geek Love

I started reading 'The Kite Runner' by Khaled Hosseini because it was recommended to me by a few people.

So far in I'm not so impressed yet but I'm not that far yet either.

I just finished a book called China Mountain Zhang. Excellent read. Anyone who's a fan of sci-fi would enjoy it i'd think. I'm also read The Princess Bride. Funny stuff...

Currently reading Out of Mao Shadow by Phillip Pan. Next I'll be moving onto the collected works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes.

I am reading 1984. I haven't read it before, though I have read Brave New World. I'm not sure so far... this book is strange. I have a lot of trouble really getting into fiction. I am more a fan of non fiction books or memoirs, but I'm giving it a shot.

I just finished reading My Sister's Keeper. The book was great up until the end. I felt like the author just gave up at the end. (This book was also fiction).

I just picked up Brave New World by Huxley. I've wanted to read it for years but never got around to grabbing it.
