Coconut water steamed halibut broken over organic mixed greens. Dusted with cayenne, black pepper, organic cinnamon (hell of a difference over non), coriander and crushed fennel.

Looks good, but no mustard?! What a joke.

    Lunch:

Dulse steamed organic asparagus with shredded garlic and rosemary barbequed chicken, tossed together with a homemade tomato and roasted garlic apple cider vinagarrette with chipotle, cayenne, chili flakes and cracked black pepper.

    Dinner:

One side pepper caked organic ground bison patty barbequed rare on a toasted stone ground wheat organic brick oven baked fieldstone bun, with welsh mustard seed ale cheddar, maine maple champagne mustard, jalepeno mango chutney and country ketchup. (thick slice of purple onion was still grilling and was added shortly after the pic)

Usually my cutting diet doesn't include things like this but I made an exception tonight as an unexpected occasion came up. And damn was it a good exception.

I think you meant shee-it pizza

And J, we don't have any mustard in the house, otherwise it would be on there. Sausages should always have mustard, never have ketchup.

Mac n cheese from a chicken stock roux, with smoked gouda, goat's milk gouda, and mondrian cheese, then added roasted red and green peppers, topped with a corn bread (that I baked earlier today) and cheese topping.

Yeah, really simple. I don't have any of the amounts we used, though.

Shred up the cheeses, set aside. Dice up carrots, onion, celery, set aside. Get a pop steaming hot, then throw in veggies. Let them brown, then pour in a generous amount of chicken broth and white wine. Season with rosemary, paprika, any seasonings you see fit. Bring to a rolling boil and let reduce.

Get another pot of salter water boiling, add elbow macaroni.

In sauce pan, saute up green peppers, red peppers, onions. When reduction of broth is down, strain out the vegetables, and add the sauce to the other sauteed veggies. Then add cheese.

Put the cooked macaroni in a baking dish, and fold in the cheese sauce. Top with crumbled corn bread mixed with a tiny bit of the remaining cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350, until topping becomes golden brown.

Use crushed Ritz crackers if you need a substitute.
