    got to work out at the LA fitness in my hometown on christmas eve. did bench 185x3x10, squat 315x3x8, and chin ups BWx3x8. squats were rough since my diet was shit and I had no belt, but it felt great to do 315 raw at that volume

    squatted 335x11, then 235x4x10. tried a fifth set at 235 but only got to 6, felt like i was going to puke

    did some rack pulls for the first time, fun exercise. pulled 405 for 5 sets of 5

    also used straps for the first time. it took me a couple sets to realize i was wrapping them the wrong way, since the bar kept slipping out of my hands

    squatted 355x8, then 330x5x3 on box squats, followed by bb curls @ 110x10,8,8. all PRs

    yeah it's great, got it for my birthday last year. I've been having problems with the screws loosening themselves but they're flatheads so it's real easy to fix

    I put some loctite on my screws and havent had any problems. Love my lever belt as well..

    went for as many reps as possible on squat at 315 today, got 17

    also did 220x8,8,7 on bench a couple days ago, which means i will most certainly hit my goal of 225x8 on friday

    been doing keto since 4/1, I started at ~205-207 lbs, and this morning I weighed in at 192.4 lbs. the ratios on my main 3 are improving, even though my lifts are dropping a bit, but I know my strength will shoot back up once I get back on the bulking train again!
