1 Red Onion
2-3 Chicken breasts depending on size
1 Can of chicken broth
2 Cans white beans


Garlic Powder 1/2Tsp
Cilantro 1/2Tsp
Oregano 1/2Tsp
Cumin 1/2Tsp
Cayenne Powder **Dash** up to cook. (go easy)

**all these ingredients can be adjusted to your taste and liking depending on the severity of flavor you want from each.

Dice red onion
Chop chicken into small pieces

Heat pan with olive oil, add onions and chicken and let heat and create a natural broth.

Once cooked through, add chicken broth and beans. Let heat through. Add seasonings and let simmer for as long as you can bare the delicious smell. Than enjoy.

***Its a great dish to just cook up and have on hand. Pure protein and Carbs. Great post workout meal.
