    Hawaiian Pork

Sadly, dont have pics, so you'll have to take my word that it was excellent:

Peel and slice a sweet potato.

In a casserole dish (i used my biggest pyrex), put crushed pineapple.

Place the sweet potato on top, and layer with brown sugar.

    Place pork chops on top.

Cook uncovered at 425 for an hour.

I served it with a side a wild rice and a Gewurztraminer

Depedning on how much pork you're making. Probably 1-2 tablespoons.

Did you add any type of seasoning to the chop? Sounds delicious, just thought maybe you might add some spice to cut with the sweet

I'd like to Know this as well. I'm making it tonight and was going to just add a little meat tenderizer and salt/pepper. But if some spices would go Better with it that would be helpful

Edit: didn't really seem to work that well the porkchops didnt get much of the flavor and stayed a bit bland. Idk where I messed up but I followed the directions completely. It seems like maybe the pork chops should be sitting in the pineapple juice soaking a bit. Idk I'll try again down the road
