Food that will keep me full

I boredom eat at work, and I really need to find something I can mix up once a week, or buy in the morning on the way it, that I can leave on my desk, and eat all day.

After a couple days, carrots just make me sick, so I need to mix it up a little.

It just has to be something that can go without refrigeration for 9 hours.

    Anyone have any ideas?
Yo man, I kind of feel like god.

I need to find a way to by in bulk.

I'm wondering if I couldn't find a weight lifitng protein powder in bulk that would still be low cal, but fill me up like that.

Casein protein would be ideal for this situation.

    Eat almonds.

Complex carbs (e.g whole grain). Also, protein shakes with casein, since casein takes longer to digest.

Oh and I don't know if this is necessarily true but if you drizzle on olive oil on whatever it is you're eating/snacking on, it helps curb your hunger.

if your coworkers don't mind you could always pack some microwaveable cans of soup. they might be high on the sodium but a can will definitely keep you full.

worse comes to worst, just drink a lot of water. that should help, but you'll have to make a lot more trips to the bathroom. haha. enjoy that watercooler if it's there!

I wouldn't do nuts if you are trying to lose weight, its easy to snack on those alllll day and they have alot of fat in them (albiet good fat but still calorie dense))

The fat, protein and fiber in nuts help you feel full longer, so you may eat less during the day. By helping induce a feeling of satiety, nuts may help people feel less deprived and not like they're "dieting." Just limit your portion to a healthy handful.

I have noticed nuts usually are high in calorie. You can eat them and they don't seem all that filling unless you have consumed a large ammount. I go with pickles, and celery. Those seem to fill me up. Carrots work too.

bananas work too. they make you feel full, so do most fruits.

cement works, but thats hard to eat. kinda powdery, doesnt taste very well.

try some uncooked rice and just keep a bag in your pocket, just nibble at a few whenever you think about it. then whenever you get hungry, just drink some water.

casein protein works too. just had a microbiology test regarding that stuff.
