agreed. My friends always want to hang around or help out or whatever, but usually want to leave or get antsy before i'm done. I went to boston to check shepard faireys show last year and wanted to wander/explore/shoot/film in the city after the show. The people I went with couldn't handle the idea of wandering with no solid destination so we ended up leaving. bastards

The past two spring breaks I've gone to California with my gf and stayed with my sister. Two years ago my gf got pretty tired of the photos pretty quickly but this time she understood a little better and I think realized that we never would have gone to some of the awesome places we went to if it weren't for me photo scouting.

I'm going to Chicago with a few people next weekend, I'm sure they won't let me have any time.

In early October I'm going to Mexico for a chill trip with my family. I should have pretty much all the photo time I need

remember how wide everything was shot in the 90s?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoIkmWTObW8

Michael Bay shot a good chunk of the memorable ads in the 90s. before he went all explosion apeshit

I'm sure it's not as sturdy as the canon but people say there are some features they like more

also, what say you change this thread title to just 'cool video (no not iPhone crap)' and we use it to post awesome video as just pieces of awesome in general as well as video inspirado to get people more pumped about filmmaking versus the sheer amount of photog happenin in here? wot wot?
I think there was mention in the comments below of using a beam splitter

Basically, they'd set up the two cameras; one the left and on the right of the beam splitter adapter, with the main lens attached to the front
