No idea. I downloaded SuperSU from that website. Booted into recovery and installed it from the SD card. Saw a bunch of failures and a format automatically happened.

Yup.. everything's gone, lol. Idiot me didn't back up either.

Oh well. Should only take about an hour or so to get it up and going again.

Lost a ton of text messages unfortunately.

did you just lose your data or is the phone done? You can open the zip file from an app like ES File Explorer and open the apk.

Data is gone. The phone itself is fine and is redownloading all my apps now. I'll have to restore my text messages from my last backup a few days ago so the damage is minimal luckily.

Yep, that's exactly what's happening now. Oh well, shit happens. At least it's not bricked.

The biggest pain in the ass is going to be disabling/removing all the shit bloatware that comes packaged with the AT&T build.

Phew. If you have a samsung account, its backup might be only a day missing. The APK for SuperSU was inside the 'common' folder. Open it with a file manager on the phone and it'll install normally.

I bought mine unlocked over in the UK no bloatware at all besides what Samsung includes in it's TouchWiz. The new version coming out though of the S5 LTE looks amazing. It costs like $959 USD though.

Yeah I installed the zip unextracted from Recovery like I've done in the past with other ROMs. That was the issue.

It still has root access at least. So that's good.

I might be able to get a refund for the LEDBlinker and download another free one.

You can get the refund for the LEDBlinker even past your 15 minutes. You can get it even after months have passed from what i've read before.

Have you seen any good cases being developed? I find they're hard to come by. I don't want a giant otterbox like I had in the past. Something more slim, but can still offer good protection.

    I bought this:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    and this:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And couldn't be happier with both of them.

I wanted something slim as well, but also something that could take a fall. The only downside to the case is that it's completely hard plastic. I would have rathered rubber on the edges to take some of the impact, but I think it's a pretty solid case without the rubber as well.

Please don't report double posts in this thread. I'm letting them slide since there was an issue.

Got everything restored and reconfigured in under an hour. Not too bad at all.

Nice. When you got the phone did it not come with a screen protector on it? You should have just had to tear off some perforations that made it into a screen protector at the top left of the phone. I know mine did and hasn't had an issue with sticking so far. I might pick up a black case too, cause that looks pretty slick.

Just found about this app while reading the magazines app. It allows you to customize the 6 apps you have in the ultra power saving mode. You can choose other apps from the original list.

Free on xda but will cost you from the play store. Works on Note 3 too.

It did, but I find stock things to usually be not the best quality. This screen protector is legit, you can't see it at all and it doesn't have that orange-skin peel type texture.

Nice, I'll have to look into it. I don't see myself using ultra power saving mode too much because it's rare that my battery drops below 20% unless I'm cycling it intentionally.

Did you take the Note 3 for a spin? I switched from an iPhone to the Note 3 and love it. Only cons i'd say is the texting is a little funky and I don't find the camera as good as the iPhone.

Ehh, the Note was a little too big for my liking so I didn't really try it out.
