    Good/Bad/Normal? Laptop hardware temperatures

Laptop feels very warm, fan is still spinning, but just want to see your input on these levels.

this does seem warm, but still within "safe" or operable range

I used to use one, just a shitty couple dollar one from Fry's that plugs into the USB slot.

Worked pretty well for me, but you gotta make sure you have intake/fan slots at the bottom otherwise its just blowing air onto a hot flat surface.

My CPU hovers around 50-54 when idle or browsing the web, 60-65 when streaming/watching HD video, and 70-80 for the more graphics intensive games.

I was trying to play CS for longer periods in the summer, so I researched cooling pads and ended up buying the one that had the highest RPMs and supposedly pushed the most air. I got MAYBE 2 degrees cooler, if I was lucky. I ended up sending that shit back. And yes, my laptop has bottom vents. 3 if I remember correctly.

I will reccomend getting a stand that elevates it if you don't have one already though. I use this cheap ass one from the dollar store; works well enough

have you checked your processes to see what is taking up a majority of the load? or what your load is even at? if it's near 100% total i wouldn't be too concerned that you were going to do damage

I would take a thing of canned air to it and blow out the heat syncs by the fans. A friend had a bottom intake fan on a dell, and it sucked up tons of shit.

95 while watching Twitch on Medium seems pretty damn high, lol. This is a fairly old laptop, no?

And I dunno if a single post it pad would help that much. Here's mine:

Makes it so the laptop is always suspended. Also angles it so it feels better in use. Hit up your local Dollar Tree and take your laptopin' to the next levelllllllllll
